A Little About Me

A little about myself if I may... Since I was 15 years old I have been fascinated with how the mind and body works. I was an enlightenment-seeking junkie. I attended retreats, workshops, webinars, even a holistic cruise to expand my knowledge on what it takes to live a truly healthy and enriching life. But none of these courses turned things around for me like the information I acquired during my PhD studies in Holistic Nutrition. What I learned from these doctors and scientists about what the body is physiologically, bio-chemically, and psychologically designed to consume changed my life. For those of you who don't know... I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and had been battling with the highs and lows for 10 years. I had gained 25 pounds and was beginning to have chest pains more often. I was continuously hungry and absolutely exhausted all the time. I needed at least 2-hour naps every day. And my mother could definitely attest to how moody I was.

So, I decided to put the diet the scientists were recommending to the test and was blown away by the results. Within just a few days, my energy went through the roof. I couldn’t take naps if I tried. And the fat was literally melting off my body. I was eating as much as I wanted… I was just choosing differently. Over the next 10 days I noticed my insatiable cravings for fatty foods began to diminish and were replaced with normal cravings for the healthier options. My mind and memory became noticeably sharper. And I wasn’t irritable anymore because my cells weren’t irritated anymore. They were finally getting the nourishment they needed. I felt strong and empowered! And best of all, I was needing less insulin even though I was incorporating fruit into my diet for the first time in 10 years. I was in heaven!

Which is exactly why I created this program. I experienced such remarkable results that I had to share what I learned with the world! It became really obvious that this was my purpose. This is what I was put here to do… to share this message with you so you can stop suffering needlessly and get back to living life with vitality and excitement.
